| Oh Carnal One
Well, I'm back…from the French Riviera, where I dined on caviar and drank champagne until dawn. Danced with a Count and had an orgy at the Champs Elysee.
Okay, so that's a complete lie. Actually I spent the past month catching up on the Blue light special at K-Mart and reorganizing my Tupperware. I didn't have sex, but in the fertile mind that is mine.
I dare you to mock me…
Anywho-we have some REAL winners this month-they've been clogging up my inbox once again. Read more...

Health & Wellness
AromatherapyI love perfumes and lotions and all kinds of nice smelling girly things.
I started learning about aromatherapy when my daughter was little. We belonged to a mother/daughter goddess group, which was a wonderful group of women who were interested in raising happy healthy empowered girls. We would take turns leading the monthly group and we'd share some kind of craft or activity.

"Gentlemen's Clubs"...What are they?
by Lacey SavageThere's been a lot of talk lately about "Gentlemen's Clubs", but what exactly are they? Does the name make you think of strip clubs, with the usual naked women, floss-string thong and lap dances? Or do you picture something more along the lines of a men's club your grandfather might have gone to... pipe smoke dimming the brightness of the room, and a housecoat offered by a well-groomed valet at the door? Facts of Life Ancient Plastic Surgery by DaHeap The Ancient Hindus practiced plastic surgery before A.D. 1000. They worked with steel surgical instruments and used alcohol to dull the senses. One reason for the development of this skill was the common punishment for adultery-cutting off the nose. Surgeons repaired the damage with tissues cut from either the cheek or the forehead, rebuilding the nose around the stump. During the operation the patient breathed through reeds placed in the nasal openings.
World War 1, with its attendant disfiguring injuries, was largely responsible for making plastic surgery more widely available in Western medicine. Readers Digest Book Of Facts, 1987. |
