by Steve Boiseman Vengeful Fire by Steve Boiseman is exactly the type of book that Margaret Riley wanted to release when she started Changeling Press. Blistering hot, full of twists and turns, and so far outside the box that UPS won't accept it for delivery. This book cannot fail to entertain. |
Mike is your average Joe who has a talent for landing in hot water. Diana is a woman who burns with artistic passion. Their first night together is anything but normal. It starts with a fire in a bar. Something about the flames draw them to each other, and eventually leads them into bed.
Diana mysteriously disappears before dawn. Mike has more than one reason to regret her absence when she turns up dead and he's the prime suspect in her murder. He blames his desperation to prove his innocence when he thinks he spots Diana going into an art gallery. He follows, only to find that she's vanished on him yet again.
Who is Diana, woman, goddess or ghost? Can Mike find an ally to help him unravel this mess? I assure you, Vengeful Fire only gets hotter from here.
There's mystery, romance and, of course, vengeance in this erotic tale by Steve Boiseman. It breaks a lot of rules, which is why I found this book so fascinating. I read it in one sitting. I *had* to know if Mike could unravel the seemingly incomprehensible events unfolding around him. I dare you to read Vengeful Fire, and see if you can find the answers before Mike does!
