“Kitten!” Daddy sounded put out. Probably because I was playing and not paying him any attention.

“Kitten!” Max too. “Where the fuck is she?”

“Relax, Max. She’s exploring her naughty side. She knows I need it as much as she does.”

“Yeah, well, I don’t need it,” Max grumbled. “But if she doesn’t get her ass to me right now, I’m gonna paddle it!”

I tried to stifle a giggle, but Max heard me. I heard his heavy footfalls headed my way and I scooted deeper into the closet. Sure enough, the door was thrown open and Max shoved aside the heavy coats until he found me huddled in a corner in the secret bed I’d made. I gave him a little wave and a bright smile. “Hi, Max.”

“You’re in so much trouble, Kitten.”

“I think I created a monster,” Daddy muttered, shaking his head as he smothered a grin. “Get on out here, Kitten. You’ve earned a punishment.”

“Who’s idea was it for her to act out?” Max scrubbed his hand through his shaggy hair.

“That would be me,” Daddy admitted, his arms crossed over his scrumptious chest. He looked stern, but also amused.

“Well, it was a stupid ass idea,” Max muttered, sliding Daddy a glance.

“You’re getting awfully snippy yourself, Max.”

“Maybe Max needs to be punished, too,” I said cheerily, grinning at Max. He gave me a withering look.

“Maybe he does,” Daddy agreed. “But not for this. You know Max worries when you’re out of his sight.”

I sighed, immediately contrite. “Yes, Daddy. I’m sorry, Max.”

“Come on, Kitten. Out you go.” Daddy didn’t sound angry with me. Resigned and slightly amused? Totally. But not angry.

Max, on the other hand…

Yeah, I might have pushed him a little too far. His hair was a wild mess, like he’d run his fingers through it over and over in agitation. I went to him and wrapped my arms around his neck, holding him close. “I’m sorry, Max. I didn’t mean to worry you. I was just playing Hide and Seek.”

“Who were you playing with? There’s nobody here other than the servants, and they were all looking for you too.”

I smiled brightly. “See? I had tons of people I was playing with.”

“I’m afraid it doesn’t work that way, Kitten,” Daddy said. “You have to tell people you’re playing Hide and Seek so we all know we’re supposed to be hunting for you.”

I gave him a confused look. “But… you were already doing it. Why would I tell you to do something when it was already happening?” There. That should work.

“Yeah. She definitely needs to be punished,” Max said, scooping me up over his shoulder and swatting my ass.

“Hey!”

“I told you, Kitten. Max is allowed to punish you when he sees fit.”

“But he has to tell you! You don’t have to agree to it!”

Max continued through the house with me, up to our playroom. Daddy chuckled as he followed behind us. Obviously, Max and I were very amusing to Daddy. It made me happy because Daddy didn’t smile or laugh often enough. He was a very busy, very powerful man. If I had to get my ass roasted from time to time to let him play a little, it was a small price to pay. While I was certain Max was genuinely put out, I also happened to know he loved punishing me. So? Win win. Except for my poor ass.

The room was filled with all kinds of toys, including a couple of Saint Andrew’s crosses, a Catherine wheel, a stockade, sex swings, and, of course, spanking benches. There were numerous paddles, whips, and restraints, but Daddy hadn’t introduced me to much in here yet.

Once inside, Max took me to a spanking bench. That particular piece of equipment I was getting used to. It was Max’s favorite place to spank me because it was the perfect height for him to fuck me at his leisure. Before, during, or after. He quickly stripped me, leaving only the metal collar Daddy had given me as a symbol of his ownership. I was allowed to take it off whenever I was in the house, but I loved it so I never did. Max respected that.
